Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.

 Preorder Policy

Preorder items require 2–3 business days to process before they are shipped.

Once your preorder has shipped, estimated transit time is approximately 1–2 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier.

Please understand that preorder processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

Preorders cannot be canceled once an order has been placed.

 Shipping Policy

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

It Girl Extensions is not responsible for:

● Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

● Delays caused by the shipping carrier

● Lost packages after the carrier confirms delivery

● Packages returned because the customer was unavailable or provided an incorrect address

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact It Girl Extensions within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

● Your order number

● Clear photos of the item received

● Photos/videos of the packaging

● A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, colored, cut, installed, or otherwise used may not qualify for a resolution.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please do not come for pickup until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification.

 Payment & Fraud Protection

All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud screening.

It Girl Extensions reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if the transaction appears suspicious or cannot be properly verified.
